Where’s the Conference Guidebook?

It’s on the MCOA Conference App or download the guide from the website!
We will be producing a condensed digital guidebook that will be emailed to conference registrants on October 17th, but the full conference information can be viewed on the MCOA Conference App and the website.  

Please be sure to download this app to your phone before the conference. (Search your APP store for MCOA Annual Conference)

Registration & Resolution Desk

Location & Hours 
The MCOA Registration Desk is located in the Nauset Nook and will be staffed during the following times:
Tues: 4:00pm to 6:30pm        
Wed: & Thurs: 8:00am to 5:00pm       
Fri:  8:00am to 11:00am 

The MCOA Resolution Desk is also located in the Nauset Nook, located inside the Nauset Hall. It will be staffed to resolve any issues you may have or address any special needs requirements. 

Name Tags

Please wear your Name Tag! 

Your name tag contains the meals you have been registered for.  You are required to have your name tag when attending meals, and for security reasons, all participants, presenters, and exhibitors must wear a name tag.  At the end of your stay, please recycle your name tag holder by returning it to the Resolution Desk. 

Meals & Networking Events

Please wear your Name Tag! 

Meals: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday breakfast and buffet luncheons will be served in the Ocean View Room. Refreshment breaks will be served in the Nauset Exhibit Hall. Wednesday and Thursday evening networking events will be held in the Ocean View Room.   

Remember, you must show your name badge for all meals and can only attend meals for which you have registered. 

CEU Information

Learn how to sign up and get credit! 

The cost for NASW CEUs is $20 for Social Workers. 
When you attend a CEU eligible workshop, you will be provided with a code from the workshop presenter to enter into the App at the completion of the workshop.    

You must use the provided code for each CEU-eligible workshop. For those attending the workshop without using the MCOA Conference App, you must obtain the workshop presenter’s signature on the CEU form you can obtain at the Resolution Desk.   

Workshop Evaluation Surveys

How to submit workshop surveys in the APP 

Please be sure to complete the  Workshop Evaluation Surveys on the MCOA Conference App for each workshop you attend. Limited paper copies will be available for people who are unable to use the App. Please hand them in at the Resolution Desk in the Nauset Nook in the Nauset Exhibit Hall.

Please visit our sponsors and exhibitors at the Nauset Exhibit Center! Be sure to participate in the new scavenger hunt, collect signatures from TEN sponsors or exhibitors, and be entered into the two drawings to win a two-night stay at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel.  Drop your completed cards in the designated boxes at the Resolution Desk in the Nauset Nook inside the Exhibit Hall by 6pm Wednesday, 10/23, and Thursday, 10/24.   

With one drawing each day, you have two chances to win, but you must complete a separate card each day!

Download your resources before or after the conference! 

Did you know the Conference App has a website?   
Check it out on your tablet, desktop or laptop to view and build your schedule, read about speakers, and download resources from the workshops! Log in with the same email you used to register for the conference.
