The Stow COA is looking for an energetic and creative person who can multitask to join our team as an Activity Coordinator/Outreach Worker.  Every day is different in this fast-paced but fun and gratifying role.

POSITION PURPOSE: The Elder Mental Health Outreach Team Social Worker assists the Program Manager with cases

▪ Provides clinical social work assessments of clients enrolled in EMHOT Program.
▪ Implements treatment by providing individual, family, and group counseling as directed by program manager
