I hope that you will attend the “Leading Change” OABHN Conference being held at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester on May 8. The registration deadline is Thursday, May 2.

This conference is a one-day opportunity to learn and connect with others who serve older adults, many of whom are behavioral health professionals.

Keynote speakers include Karen Spilka, MA Senate president, and Liz Brenner, Director of Therapy Training Boston, a nonprofit training institute that provides specialty continuing education courses for helping professionals.

If you aren’t already aware of it, the Older Adult Behavioral Health Network is a program sponsored by the MA Association of Mental Health. OABHN holds monthly meetings and following their work and that of MAMH is a strong way to increase capacity in serving older adults with behavioral health conditions.
